Additional Photos from Epstein Estate Disclosed by Democratic Party US Congress Members

Property plans for the financier's private tropical island featured within the released materials.

Furthermore contained in this new document disclosure appears to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.

Jeffrey Epstein acquired a more modest island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but acquired the bigger Great St James in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

The released images reveal he had created plans to build upon the sprawling island by constructing homes, an performance venue, an underwater office and a reservoir.

Visible on the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the region, noted on the bottom right.

The site plan is covered in handwritten red notes and includes a notes section detailing distinct parts of the estate.

Accompanying this are what look to be nine other construction diagrams and architectural plans, including designs for marina coverings.

More images disclosed as part of the ongoing congressional disclosure.
