Social media personality Harrison Sullivan has been detained after evading police for nearly a year in connection with reported driving offences.
The 24-year-old, identified as HSTikkyTokky, was sought by Surrey Police for failing to attend a legal hearing subsequent to a accident in Surrey's Virginia Water in March 2024.
Police had previously launched an appeal for leads after the motorist of a high-performance vehicle involved in a crash with a different vehicle left the location.
Mr Sullivan, who skipped a scheduled hearing in late autumn, had subsequently shared videos on social media from the Middle East.
A statement from the police force on the start of the week declared: "A 24-year-old man from Essex was arrested on the end of the week for not showing up at a legal proceeding for reckless operation of a vehicle.
"The individual appeared at a local court on the weekend and is being held prior to a subsequent court appearance at another court on early next week."
The judicial body verified that allegations comprised failing to stop after an incident, operating a vehicle while handling a mobile phone, and driving without proper coverage.
The case highlights the potential repercussions encountered by online personalities involved in alleged offences.
